self-discovery is a journey rather than a destination
Sometimes getting lost is the first honest step toward finding yourself.
The more gently you listen to your heart, the more clearly your path appears.
You are allowed to outgrow old versions of yourself and still be worthy of love.
Self-discovery is not becoming someone new; it is remembering who you have always been.
許多人在成長過程中最重要的覺察。
我們往往會對過去的錯誤、尷尬或是不夠成熟的自己感到羞愧，甚至覺得那樣的自己「不值得被愛」。但事實上，成長的本質就是不斷地「蛻變」。就像毛毛蟲必須捨棄原本的樣貌才能變成蝴蝶，我們也需要放下舊有的行為模式、價值觀或執著，才能長成更完整的自己。
這種「更新」並不代表過去的你是「錯的」或「不好的」，那只是當時的你為了生存、適應環境所能做出的最好選擇。當你現在擁有了更多的智慧和勇氣去「超越」舊版本時，那正是你愛自己最好的證明。
值得被愛並不是因為你展現了完美的成果，而是因為你擁有不斷成長與修正的生命力。
